video burning program don't work

can someone tell me how to burn step by step downloaded movies using Program4Pc video converter.  I have ruined over 10 cds trying to burn a movie.  Thank you all and before I forget, I am an old member from way back when.  Used to be known as Shopgirl.  Hello, you all at Mauisun.  Hi, Bambo.

Im not sure how to use those programs and I dont know if anyone qill be along to try and help,very slow here now sadly.....
