What's your favorite drink to sit and relax with?

I enjoy Redbreast 12 Year aged Irish Whiskey.. I find the 21 Year to have a slightly different taste that to me is just slightly less enjoyable.

In a pinch some Jameson will also do the trick.

I'd love to someday get my hands on a Redbreast 1999 though.. I have a feeling it'd be delightful but it's a bit out of my price range.
