Take Your Child to Work day
« on: May 29, 2017, 09:52:22 PM »
I remember many years ago (In the 70s) I went to work with my father one day (He worked @ a hardware store) and I gotta say it was quite an interesting day!

I sat around watching TV and I looked @ the cash register and then I was walking around the store and did something I shouldnt have done!! (OOPS)

I knocked a whole rack of rakes over!!!!! -- MAN IT WAS A LOUD CRASH WHEN THEY HIT!!!! (I didnt do it on purpose,I accidently bumped into it) --  I COVERED MY EARS BEFORE THEY HIT AS I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE LOUD!

Anyone take thier kids to "TAKE YOUR KIDS TO WORK DAY" or have any stories about YOU going to your parents workplace for that day?

We didn't have that sort of thing. My dad worked in a nuclear power station. I'd have loved to have spent a day there.

PS I hope you didn't step on one of those rakes. :D
