Title: R.I.P. KA5FUN

My husband, Pete (KA5FUN) died on Sunday, June 9th after a pretty short battle with brain cancer.  We met here on mauisun in 2002 and were married in 2003.  I miss him terribly and wish we could go back in time to better days.

He really loved radio I know..... I think its amazing you met here on mauisun :)

Very sorry to hear, Desert Sky. In a way, WE can go "back in time" as YOU have said...thru REMEMBRANCE. Of course, YOU already know this. YOU posted so that WE could ALL RE-MEMBER. Thank YOU. Peaceful Thoughts & Prayer out to YOU tonight, Desert Sky.

Oh god DS. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember when you two posted your announcement on here when engaged. I will so miss your dear husband. So many laughs together over the years. Know that I am sorry my post here is so late but he will be dearly missed by all of us. 😢😢😢

I'm so sorry, DS. I remember you both well, and still find it incredible that two people can meet on a little message board and spend the next couple of decades together, but I wish it hadn't been cut short.

Ya he was very friendly and knew alot about radio I do remember that :)
