This guy developed a method of detecting which foods were allergic triggers for your body by measuring things. Apparently he was very successful at helping people with all kinds of problems - just by helping them decide which foods to avoid.

Very nice you can read the whole book right there (I guess its out of copyright or I dont know if they would have it there)
